1. Purpose of creation

"Confederations of the United Mind of Planet Earth" , (hereinafter - KOR PZ), is created with the aim of integrating on a voluntary basis citizens with an active life position, specialists and structures of specialists (further after registration - Members) for the implementation of the established Programs KOR PZ and KOR states PZ. With further testing for the medical and professional suitability of Members for the gradual involvement in the implementation of the CDF Programs of the PP and the CDF of the PP states. At the first stage towards the development and implementation of the Terminal project, automated state control (TAUG) based on the created unified NGO model (the state of the third millennium, which united in its structure all the best achievements achieved by mankind on planet Earth in the field of creating and managing a state and digital technologies, including a probabilistic scientific forecast of ongoing processes in the Universe (universe) using Letter Marker digital coding (BMCK) allowing to structure, unify, automate digitization and apply in the management of information that is endless in time and space.

4.Investments and income from them

Investment income is generated by:

1. Max 5%, min 1% return on investment, the percentage is set at the investment competition, % depends on the number of investors participating in the competition.

2. Catalogue (further - CT), goods and natural resources (Further- TPR ) implemented gas processing plants. In the CT scan, TPR is indicated: 1. Manufacturer, Provider, 2. 7. Stages of program implementation

All CDF programs are implemented in three stages:

• The third stage ends with the use of TAUG for the management of NGOs by the state
