Social groups, People's states aboutunions (NGO), these are members or their groups, different numbers, permanent and temporary existence, they are citizens of a social society (states), united by certain factors or common interests, or part thereof, in order to achieve personal or general group interests.
An NGO is created by its members for the purpose of collective survival and normal existence, by applying – three-sphere management systems – Political, Economic, Social which form the basis of NGOs existing on planet Earth.
