Social groups, National public education (states) (NGOs), these are members or their groups, different numbers, permanent and temporary existence, they are citizens of a social society (states), объединенные определенными факторами или общими интересами или их частью, in order to achieve personal or general group interests.
NGO is created by its members for the purpose of collective survival and normal existence (functioning of groups operating using – three control systems (Political, Economic, Social) spheres in NGOs on planet Earth.
