Judicial power of the State: Order, the time period for z and y is established by the Procedural Code.
International level: UN, Other international structures, on the cessation of human rights violations in the State, the time for consideration is not standardized, the appeal is considered in a reasonable civilized time.
There is no limitation period for appeals by subjects whose rights are violated in the State, the right to appeal has no statute of limitations.
